Technically I don't believe it has been explicitly clarified as to who is meant to be providing account support in the time following Gabriel's departure. And last I checked all mentions of PC Graal were removed from the Support Center on the version that followed the leak.

But then I suppose that's quite convenient for an Administrator who prefers to pick and choose whom they converse with. They can tell one person "I don't do support", tell another person "I don't do support over Discord", then go ahead and change the account password for someone who happens to be their friend.
