No....Each present box, even the NC ones, contain 3 random items spawn by the NPC Server from an itempool. You can also include your OWN items into the box to gift aswell, + the 3 free items from the npcserver. So for example I Could gift someone a Red Dragon Amulet (mine item) and the box also gets the 3 random items in it. So when a friend of me opens his box on the 25th he will find that 3 random items+my RDA from it.
