He's asking two things:
"She thinks I have to get her permission to use MY scripts on other servers."
- Which he sort of does, and:
"She also steals my scripts and uses them to become staff on other servers because she thinks they're hers."
- Which is pretty much wrong, I'm sure we can all agree.

Also, I don't think it's right to get your stuff removed from a server with PWA support just because you were fired. You have to remember you took the job TO work for the server, and to develop it. Just because things don't work out doesn't give any one a reason to basically take back months or years of progress.
