I'd like to join because i've always help the new players with their questions and i would like to keep doing it, but instead of just answering their questions as just a player i think it would be best to be a FAQ and let them be sure of asking.

Do you have any relevant experience with FAQ work? No, to be honest i've always helped a lot of new guys but i've never been FAQ, i've been EM in Zone and GK though so i'm not totally new being staff.
