200 sp for teleportation is over-kill, and you know it. Not everybody has 28 pow at ALL times with 3.0+ speed.

On the topic of raidding houses, unstick me is a great laming tool. Lay in somebody's bed, then unstick in a ship, later on, have somebody kill you, raid their house.
