Remember that guild with named like "EoM","XyZ" etc.. (only two or three letters) will require a bit longer to be approved since I have to check in the guildCP some details (meaning of the name, etc...).
Since I was in holidays, I skipped some of those guilds, you probably were a bit unlucky (your guild has been approved now).
