Nobody's thinking that they will, Curtis. However, it is not unreasonable to request compensation for a day of unscheduled downtime.

Every MMORPG I've played (Ultima Online, EverQuest, SWG, Diablo2) have all had server problems and have scheduled and unscheduled downtime. However, there is no "reimbursement" (Well, D2 doesn't cost...obviosly) for the time you lost while the servers were down.
Well, I don't even have to point out the obvious - Graal is not "every MMORPG you've played." Why shouldn't Graal go the extra mile? Like I said, it would have been a nice gesture. From what I understand, though, it's a difficult one. So, there's a good chance it won't happen.

It should simply be added to the user agreement for Graal to prevent future controversy over the entire issue.
Stefan and unixmad's decision.

Of course exceptions could be made if the game servers were down for...several days or a week or something.
Where do you draw the line?

I didn't buy my gold time to slay a few mobs on Kingdoms, I purchased mine so that I could work on Graal Kingdoms,
On Debug, you mean.

Personally, I don't see how "people bought gold access for X or Y or Z" really enters into this discussion, as it was a large part of the Graal network that was down...
