It is completely ironic that you would mention your ISP provider failing you for a length of time
The exact thing happened to me today
I woke up at 3 pm (cause I'm an early riser)
I noticed my internet connection wasn't working
So I watched some TV for a few hours
Then I tried again and still failed to connect to the internet
I called up Cox Cable, they had the problem fixed and they said they would take a fraction of my charges off my next bill

But back to the point at hand
To my knowledge, a single person in this thread would be honestly upset if they did not get recredited with the time unavailable but paid for
And there are a lot of people that have the uncanny ability to use LOGIC (thank goodness for those kind of people)
They are the ones saying that it would be natural to assume you should be compensated for a service you paid for and did not recieve
Just because they say that, doesn't mean they are desperate for time back themselves
It means they are sane, logical beings
