I can put Graal in the same context as other situations just as you did.
Let's say when you gave your friend 10 dollars to buy you a cookie everyday for 10 days. One day your friend was sick and you didn't get your cookie, wouldn't you want a cookie for the day he missed? Sorry, not the best example...but this is something Graal could and should credit, unless there is a clause somewhere in the rules that states Graal will not compensate server downtime, if they want to retain paying customers.
