L - Little minded people feeling big by attempting to squash others in written format
O - Off thread topic personal flaming when weak arguments fail
S - Slipping in on the middle of thread to interject useless opinions that don't contribute meaningfully to the content of the discussion
E - Expecting to earn respect by prolonging hostility instead of understanding
R - Reinforcing such bad behaviors on forums by encouraging and responding to such immature distractions
