required for what you achieve? Would you be unable to produce something without it? No. Therefore, dev RC wouldn't be a requirement.

So if I have no constructive use for GK (i.e. can't make GFX), I should get dev RC because I did a lot for GK, like being a good kingdom leader or whatever? Debug, okay. Not dev RC.
