Um..You've got the clothes shop up. Until any of that other stuff sees the light of day, I'm just going to assume it's value as nothing. Once again, I believe redoing alchemy, fixing bugs that you KNOW about yet aren't working on, and taking care of wronged players should be first in your priorities. Not growing flowers and working on magical wands.
