AOL charges by the hour I think, or charges extra if your online more than some amount. But AOL shouldnt count as an isp, lol. It sucks, I'm glad I havent used it for years and years.
I'm using comcast right now, I download about 380 kbps usually, and its a flat monthly rate. |
