I am noticing that a lot of promising playerworlds are stopped and destroyed because of staff problems.
I think before you begin a playerworld you should learn to develop everything needed for that playerworld to be successful. Like in a business, start in the lowest position like the mail room and work your way up to CEO. By the time you have reached CEO you would have learned how to do every job in your business.
I guess what I am trying to say is don't let the success of your playerworld be held hostage by the individuals you hire. |
