Yeah, I couldn't think of any really... they are all basically accessible anyway so people could still find any illegal things if it was on the tab or not, but I guess all being on the tab would mean that people may see bad content more... however it would allow for it to be fixed quicker when reported I guess... if anyone else can think of any down sides be sure to reply with them
