Learning, developing, personal place to host their things to show off, testing (NPC Server)... and then to make a playerworld maybe 
Besides most people though 'hey I can get a playerworld online now so I may as well start one from scratch' where as before it was 'I need a whole good playerworld before I can submit it to get it online'... so starting from scratch would take along time  |
