I think anything over 20% is a little too much...
Dustari - Sword and Shield Style +10% damage, Lance damage +20%, Horse speed +2, Enabled Defender with Shields over 30kg
Zormite - Spear/Harpoon Damage +10%, Fishing Pole Accuracy +20%, Swim speed +2, Enhanced Regeneration in water, --Edit--Can swim in deeper waters.
Forest - Bow Damage +20%, Rapier/Dagger Damage +10%, 5% chance of taking 0 damage(Evasion?), Enable Strafe attack with swords under 15kg
Samurai - Sword only style +10% damage, Enabled Counterattack with Katanas and Naginatas, Bow damage +10% while on horses.
Pirates - Scimitar/Sabre damage +20%, Enabled Leap attack with Scimitars/Sabres, Cannon Damage +35%, Boat speed +20%.

Defender - Defending with a shield while not attacking for 5 seconds to take 30% damage.
Strafe Attack - Move in a circle around a target and attack at the same time.
Counterattack - Hit D right when an enemy is about to hit you to take no damage and attack at the same time... must be facing the right direction
Leap Attack - Ability to leap into action and attack... hold S and press/hold A for different distances.
All four of these things drain some hunger points.

Harpoons - Spears that can be used while in water... can fish with them and attack sea monsters.
Rapiers - Lightweight swords that are meant to be used without a shield. Swings are faster and more elegant. The hold S and back attack is a Dodge move that negates attacks, but requires good timing.
