I think you misread Panda's thread
He got a min grace of 150 which entitles him to some of Leucetious' spells
one of which was Windstorm
He didn't go to a store and buy medium windstorm
but yeah, no clue why it won't appear in your spells menu
all I can suggest is learning as many spells as possible so you can get the scroll down option |
