Alright. If I'm not mistaken, CST 1 PM is
7:00 PM GMT (if the North American CST is used and not the Australian), that is
9:00 PM for Paris/Amsterdam/Brussels. That is
2:00 PM EST and
12:00 AM WST. I might be wrong about EST/WST though.
