I think the best man/woman for the job is a someone who also let players who are not newbies but also not oldbie's have a change to be GP and so those can have experience with that...not always the same characters...
other people also deserves a change you know, offcourse also a few oldbie's to train the Gp's
I also think that people should not vote on someone just because he/she is their friend on graal, that's unfair for others who plays this game not so long yet and who are not well-known yet...
people always say he/she is best for the job and stuff but it are always the same one's but then different jobs...
well maybe others would like to try out too! Maybe you should give them a change for a while...
