Its the email on the account you signed up with?
Im guessing you used an admin-playerworld which has no email in the account info?
If so, try this:
*/openacc Admin-Playerworld##
*Put an e-mail address in the email spot
*Click ok/apply
*Go back to the vip.graal.net thing and login and click 'resend email'
