House Moving-Gone

What happened to the Captain rank's house moving privelage? I was going to move my warehouse somewhere else, possibly Westford near my store.
and don't get into a discussion about how people overuse one area... before I go I'll move stuff around... keep in mind my account's gonna expire around June... no I'm not selling ANYTHING... I'm gonna take all my stuff with me, let my houses deteriorate and pay for other things, such as a new processor... |
