yes and no...
it is possible if they know enough about scripting and have the terrain generator... a good friend taught me how to make kingdoms (inside and outside) levels... but its not really usefull for me

oh and i completely agree with padren in this point
towers should be buildable by palyers...
many things should be buildable by players... that would be cool and add rp possibilities
