I reckon that, uh, maybe there should be an island designated for bums that want a house but aren't in the kingdom, and if the island gets full up, no more non-KDers can have a house on the kingdom. Also, the king or queen of a kingdom really aught to have the power to -destroy- houses. To stop them from going crazy one day, they'd have to have solid proof that they warned the house's owner 24 hours before destroying it, so that the owner could clear out his stuff.
Also, if the leader doesn't provide this proof, he gets banned from GK o_o

There should be such an ption to delete a house if someone isn't in the kingdom anymore, plus a warning will be displayed to the person when s/he signes on, and only after this the house can be deleted. Something like that, anyway. Besides, it should be possible to delete a house if the owner aproves.
