Ovens for bread would be impractical. There is a reason that the bakeries are there. Most people in a setting like this didn't have huge bread ovens in their houses. There is already a cooker, make use of that.
Similar reasoning goes along with the furnace for smithing. There's a reason these buildings are present in towns.
Alchemy and spells aren't allowed to be cast inside playerhouses, as there are many spells (alchemy included) that destroy items in the area. I doubt you'd be too pleased when you go to make your alchemized potion, and have your chest full of supplies disappear in the alchemy spell as well.
As far as the rest.
A water barrel isn't really needed, as you can store bottles of water in a box or chest.
Racks for armor and weapons would be nice, as long as only the owner of the house is allowed to add and remove things from them.
Bookshelves already exist, they just need to be made to hold more than 10 kg (Considering 1 book weighs 8 kg...which...to me is overly heavy for the amount of text they actually hold. :P ) |
