Ah, well, that's a entirely different scenario. That's a _paying_ job, in-which she is bounded by a contract to do her job, which
if she worked at McDonalds (agreed at the ick) she would be Supervised at all times, unlike this situation where she does everything without being paid, entirely volunteraily(sp x.x), without supervision(constant).
