So, what happens if you do get "so called" full time scripters, you go public, then at some point (which, trust me will happen more likely then not) they quit? Then you go private again? There is no such thing as full time anything on these servers, all every staff member is, is a helper......Way, way too many PW's in the making, and nowhere near enough good staff to spread among them as "full time" staff.....heck, there isnt even enough to spread around as helpers
I'm not trying to be negative here, I just know what it's like from a Managers view.
