I hate sub-kingdoms and seperate RP groups from the main kingdoms so much it's not funny e_e Details for reasoning you probably already know, I've said it a million times in other threads. Also...if another kingdom is added, why should you or dice lead it and why should your kingdom be approved over a million other people possibly more qualified with the same idea in mind?
