there ought to be a rank entitled Journeyman, or something... in which you must be able to do multiple things you normaly can't do with your class, such as alchemizing as a fighter or casting spells as a barbarian (REAL HARD! those that manage this ought to get a special rank)

god... you have to admit... this 15 yr-old who has no life and plays AD&D 2-3e has some ideas... even if he can't DM worth a pile of feces
