Stacked brutal are the ones that come from Administration that are supposed to be used for events but some how have gotten out to some priviledged players by someone with rights. Normaly the maps lay in inventory 1 map per space these are stacked in one pile, like if you have 10 brutals it will say 10 under brutal map icon.
