Wow she's not good looking at all. And the cat is plain, but I can't critique the photo, so on I go.

Nice work with the pixelation. However you have serius problems with shading. Look at the way you put shades on the wall, yet there is none on the floor, and her hair suggest that light shines from right. While her arm says it's from left, and her other arm shows that light comes from cat's behind.

The cat just looks flat. As does girl's face, so unless she is a boxer, I'd suggest shading?

Also the shading technique is pretty damn rude, so try to do some AA'ing or Dithering or something so soften it up instead of having such obvius lines between shadows.

But for whatever reason the overall picture seems rather fine, go figure.
