actually, all you have to do is go to the kingdom, not be part of it, I see people not part of my kingdom living there, even a lv 3(you have to be lv 6 to be part of a kingdom) person lives there, BUT you can only buy a building flag at a kingdom(almost every store has one) and also, they cost 100 plat |
