I've never seen a kingdom walking arround and scamming people. Even with a little freedom of litracy, you'd still have to be scammed by, say, at least 30 players to catch a half or a third of all dustarian players.
I never scammed, and neither have the other members of the Horn family. We have been scammed on different occasions though, and we don't support such behaviour in any case. In that, I can only quote Padren in that you should report them, so they can be dealt with.
