I think more thought should be put into hiring notices.
If you need a scripter, give them something to script, don't just say, send 2 scripts... If you like it, then hire them.
If you need a LAT, ask them to make different types of levels
If you need graphics people, then specify some types of graphics for them to make
This way you get stuff that might actually relate to your playerworld. |
