Actually, I got the bow at 13 wis. <3 Chris <3
He helped me, with FHoV, dual blood rings, and my gloves of ancaria, I get 27 wis/pow, which put me 4 grace over the 150 minimum. I got lucky
Edit: I also have max wis/pow, and I've only told two people the rings I use to get the bow. :o
