I'm pretty sure Graal would turn into mass chaos without *some* sort of staff. And things wouldn't get fixed. Well they might, but Stefan would take months. So if you left (and weren't replaced by someone just as good), I'd say most people would leave, which would cause me to leave. So of course I'd care if you left.
