rc/server glitch?

alright problems wasteland is having right now rc likes to reset peoples rights alot right after they have been set also when omn the server it went from normal to you can do whateevr you want calk on houses water over water. its like it ignores something we have tried reseting everything tried removing every npc, something is seriously wrong Globals help out if you thanks. |
