If he paid with PayPal then there will be a history of the transaction. Get the transaction ID and all other related info so the aacount ownership can be verified , then send it to Lyndzey and she can take care of it from there.
BUT he has to do it you cannot do it for him, Lnydzey will not give out account info to anyone other than the owner of the account.
PS Just because the AOL program is deleted off his comp doesn't mean the emails are gone, they are still on AOL, log in off the web.
