The stats should not be nerfed.
Not only do some of bracers stats not work due to wearing armor but this is a relic, relics are meant to be good. There are other really advantageous relics and spells granted by other Gods so don't give me that crap DX. Ogma is basically crap without that relic, that relic is the only reason I pray to him and still isn't worth it to some people (I'm actually considering switching even if it existed -_-) Are you also aware there are bracers with dex+2 on the server? I'm also sure the regen+1 is really helpful as most people wear RoSs + RoWs that pray to Ogma *sarcasm*

Edit: If I recall correctly you yourself wanted those bracers but managed to get 30 str without it and switched Gods but now you decide to make a complaint? How selfish. I also believe low, medium, high should be 50, 100, 200 respectively.
