Unique fonts

I see all theese really nice fonts in peoples signatures. HOW DO I MAKE THEM?!? All PS7 has is regular crappy fonts, unless the cool ones are hiding. Or do you have to make it yourself, OR is there another program that has cool fonts example is attached. Cool text is circled for you cool kids out there. |
