It depends on the way how this is expressed - "I think you are corrups because..." versus "Corrupt ******! ***! *************!"
As for PKing, I agree that it's sad, but there's no way to prove it - you can have logs for being called something, but you can always annoy someone on-screen (i.e log-less) till he kills you, then go to pmode and blame him.
