Banning people is an ability that you must be allowed, since it is part of your job to enforce the rules and stuff...having stats (im still not sure whether these are in-game stats or forum stats, this thread isn't very clear o_O) doesn't affect you doing your job, however. It's like saying i need a toothbrush in order to make a real live elephant :O

Personally, it makes me
to know that you don't consider the things the PKers do (forcing ppl into bmode, and not letting them trade if they stay in it, etc) as harrassment yet you do consider one expressing the opinion that one thinks a staffer is corrupt to be harrassment.
Note: however, sitting there going "OMAGAD U R CORURPT" over and over in every thread could be considered harrassment, by me at least o_o
