Unhappy Help me.

Alright, I know the system requierments for Kingdoms is extremly low. But as you know there are still some people useing stone age equipment. Anyways I would just like to to share with you how I play and still lag. I have the font of everybody set to 14 which really helps... Go into 600x480 mode which also helps alot... But I still seem to move at 1.8 with 3.3 even in very remote locations.

My System.
My procesor is a AMD modle that operates at 533Mhz... one of my big problems
I have 256 RAM that has 133 I/O and is L2... Helps a lot... I used to play with a 64 Meg strip.
I still use dial-up but at best I can get it to connect at 46.6 kbps or roughly 5.11Kilobytes a second... pretty good for dial up.
And Finnaly at last I have a horrible factory modle Graphics card... 8Meg card....

I know of overclocking your system ect.... I have done that before.. When I play Graal it is the only program running too. I edited what programs are on by running msconfig.exe and unchecking all uneeded programs... Back on Windows 98 I was able to edit my Cache... On Xp Professional.. you cannot do that anymore. I also run system clean-up programs such as defrag and clean registry program. I dont see why I lag. I beleive it is my Graphics Card and internet connection combined... Also I have DirectX 9.0 so... Blah... Send comments or suggestions to help me. Dont send something obvious like buy a new computer. I just simply cannot afford one.

-This all sucks even more because I have played Graal on a friends comp useing 800x600 with lights and /listen 1 on... I know on how much I am missing out on.
