You don't "consider" it. You do it. All I keep hearing from you is "we'll take it into consideration" that's one step away from being "huh? like I care what you just said".
Is it impossible for you to just say "okay", and then follow through with it? If you're not capable of doing the job, then don't keep holding the position. Because there are certain people that most forum-goers would rather see in your position. I'm not trying to make this into a negative thing, but if you're not willing to make a change, then nobody is going to change their opinion of you.
Don't "consider it". Don't "get around to it". Just do it and make everyone aware of it. If you just blow it off and ignore everyone and ignore posts because you're tired of seeing people complain, then it will just get worse.
My personal suggestion, is that you just try to do 200% around here for a while. Your 100% just isn't going to cut it right now. You have to show everyone that you're dedicated and that you want to do the job right. All eyes are on you and the new mods right now, so it's important that you make a good impression.
