Indeed, a natural result of using an unfinished ruleset. It was going to be included in the section on spam, but I abandoned the first document before I wrote that part.

Nevertheless, while the omission may excuse breaking the rule, it does not excuse your failure to enforce it.

I have also warned one person for it for using mega quotes. (spam)

Now you're making me repeat myself too. In short terms: Talk is cheap. Your reluctance to answer the users' points makes it doubtful that you're taking them seriously. Maybe you are? I don't know. My point is simply that you can't expect the people to be confident in you when you don't provide anything more than generic dismissals.

Perhaps so. What's your point? That you shouldn't listen to complaints? If you do your job properly then you'll certainly have lots of enemies, but most of them will be operating on immature hatred alone. The objective is to reach a point where nobody can raise a justified complaint.
