I looked in the rules, and it seems the rule about only using quotes was left out, but I have also warned one person for it for using mega quotes. (spam)
The sig has been here since you were supermod, I guess I was just so used to seeing it, and I dont see any incredible large quotes.

At the risk of repeating myself again....the complaints are pounded into my brain, spark and I both said we would consider what people are saying, but you all just have to keep going on and on about it, dont you? And I have news for you, no matter what we do, people will complain.
