MoonGoddess is a nice person, so is Angel, and so is Spark. Now, they need some time to adjust to the new positions. Their judgement will develop over time, as most people's do. If nobody broke rules, then nobody would be penalized for them. It encourages the community
as a whole to act like group of nice people as opposed to a divided group of barbarians.
