No amount of testing is going to remove all the bugs.
Every version is obviously tested, otherwise it wouldn't be a valid candidate to be released for use. If it runs, that's a good enough sign. Find the rest of the bugs and then they get fixed.
If you've dealt with any programming before, you'd know that it's almost impossible to write an entire piece of software and have it completely bug free. Plus, it's common knowledge this client was rewritten in a different codebase so that it was platform independent. This is much more complicated, as most programmers have a hard enough time sticking to one platform, and completely rewriting something in a different language is going to cause problems in the first place. |
