Deleting a post does not change someones opinion so if the topic goes back again that person will post the same thing again.
And posts closed have either gone too far off topic and are now offensive, spamming or flamming or they are against the forum rules.

PW forums. PWA = Playerworld Administration. That forum is private. And those were moved by admins, not moderators.
