dare you throw some ragtag thought a dog mauled and have the gaal to slap the name New World on it? If you're going to do the unthinkable and revive something like this, don't have the audacity to totally rewrite what New World was.

Exactly. Why not just redo Tempest of Time, or Krynn, or Murasamune, or any of the other stopped projects? Honestly, leave it alone. It's part of Graal's past, and should remain that way.
